According to art. 13 D.lgs 196/03, Central Sughero srl wishes to inform you than your personal data, sent through this web site, will be kept and treated on paper and or electronic, magnetic or support, in the full respect of Italian privacy code.

Rights of the interested subject – article 7
(right to the access to personal data and other rights)

the interested subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data regarding him, even if they are not yet registered, and their communication in clear form

the interested subject has the right to obtain the following information:

in case of electronic treatment, he has the right to know the logic of the treatment

The interested subject has the right to obtain:

updating, correction, or, when necessary integration of the data
cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or block of the data, when these are treated in violation of the law. Included the data for which is not necessary the conservation.
The demonstration that operation a) and b) have been communicated to those who have apprehended the data, except for the case in which this demonstration is impossible or can be obtained only with a disproportional effort to the right to be defended.
